Hello I been having a few problems with my PC It wont load pass Welcome screen after I typed in my password, sometimes it will then it takes a longer time then normal to load, and I cant seem to launch programs, like Chrome, Sony Vegas, anything, it was working at first when I ran as admin but then that stopped
Most recent changes that has happened was
I installed 8 updates via windows update tool
I used this link to fix my internet disable problem (Used post by JohnWill 2nd to last post)

and 1 recent instaled game via 3rd party downloader called "PSO2 Tweaker" It downloads a game from a japan website, and translate japanese to english, which was all installed on my 2nd harddrive

Windows 7
16 GB RAM
Asus P8Z68-GEN3 mobo
Intel 2500k Cpu
Protection - Kaspersky Pure 3.0 Paid
Im in safe mode + networking at this moment
