What's wrong with this build?

I bought this computer a week ago, and hoped it would be nice, but it blows major a**.

I live in Serbia, so of course I have no money to have an epic 1337 gaming rig, so I saved up 27.000 dinars (~$330) and bought this thing.

Intel Celeron J1900 x4 2 GHz (yes, an integrated CPU :( )
AMD Radeon R7 240 2 GB (from what I understand this is great for the money)
4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz (don't know the brand)
ASRock Q1900M

How can I make this thing better? Budget is extremely low, after blowing everything on this POS.
Around 30 euros I have.

EDIT: My old rig runs better in WOT, and here are its specs:

Phenom x3 2.31 GHz Toliman
Radeon HD 4350 512 MB
3GB DDR2

WoT on new: all minimum, on old: low settings. ~ 20 fps on new, 27-8 on old

Oh yeah, and I have win 8.1 on the new rig and win7 on the old one

Solution
Hi,

Bigger problem is the CPU of course, a celeron is good for basic stuff but not for gaming. If you can return it and get a refund, your old computer is way better.

Of course it's a Celeron, but it's quad-core. And the GPU is better, but it still runs bad. I don't think i can get a refund because 7 days have passed since i bought the computer...

The thing is, i need the other computer for high school work, so... I'm screwed? :( No one even told me the CPU was integrated, i just found out today. Gonna go spam the liars.

Even if it was a non-integrated celeron it would still be crap for games.

Celeron and pentium processors just do not have the power to handle gaming, period.

Sorry to say, but you cant be mad at others for your lack of research, never just take the salesmens word on something.
