What would my Avg Frame Rates be?

Okay, so I was planning on buying a system with an i7 3770 (non-k) processor and an evga gtx 770 to play crysis 3 on max settings. Now, my question is, would such a build be enough to play it on max settings and, realistically, how many frames per second can I expect?

Solution

Havent played crysis on my 770 yet, but its a cpu demanding game as well. Thats where most systems fall...

1080p a 770 willget you high/ultra on just about every game out there. Your i7 will not stop the gpu from its full potential. As far as actual fps, depends on game. But anything over 60 is better than playable, and 60 fps is normal monitor refresh rate so anything higher wont be noticable except a fraps displayed number on corner of screen. But 770 easily playable with no issues at high and ultra settings

The game I'll be playing most often is crisis 3 (which is also coincidentally one of the most graphically demanding games on the market ) So how many frames do you think I'll get on this game with such a setup?

Havent played crysis on my 770 yet, but its a cpu demanding game as well. Thats where most systems fall short. You should be fine. High for sure, probably ultra settings (dont quote on ultra) but high for sure
