£200 budget on a gpu

in the same price range are the R9 280 and gtx 760, there are equals in my opinion. if you spend like £20-30 more you can get the R9 280x which performs a little better than the 760.

For £190, you can get a PowerColor TurboDuo R9 280x. A 280x is a good chunk lot more powerful than a 760 and this seems to be a cool and quiet version.

Though if you want to stick to Nvidia then Scan are selling refurbished EVGA GTX 680s for around £200 (w/o p+p). These are reference cooled so they aren't exactly super quiet, nor super cool but will be powerful.
