I am going to update my case, psu and FAN for my H60. I want a really quite/silent system for these components:

Motherboard: Gigabyte ATX H87N-WIFI
GPU: MSI GTX 780
CPU: I5-4760
CPU-Cooler: H60
PSU: Cooler Master GX750

1. My case has a very bad airflow and cable-management
What case would you recommend for LOW noise? Fractral Define R4 or Nanoxia Deep Silent 1?

2. My PSU is Noisy fan at idle.
What PSU would be silent and mostly Fan-less for my setup? Corsair RM750 or AX860 (expensive) ?
3. My H60 fan is NOISY at load...
What fan would be QUITE but still enough to cool my CPU through the radiator and pump?
Noctua NF-P12 120mm? fits? And how do i manage that i cannot be RPM-controlled by the Motherboard according to CPU temperature???

Advice please !! :)

1)I like my Define R4 myself, it has some sound dampening and thick steel side panels. The cable management is pretty good

2) I have a SeaSonic X-850, there is a switch on it which allows the PSU to turn the fan OFF when there is a low load, and when it is loaded/ fan ON I can't hear the fan anyways.

Unsure on #3

The H60 is not a great cooler and therefore comes with a VERY loud and fast spinning fan to try and help it. In reality it doesn't cool any better than a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO for $30.

No matter what fan you change to, you WILL lose a decent amount of cooling power. That is just how it works.

I second the R4 for a quiet and excellent quality case.

Your PSU is not very good quality at all and I would replace it ASAP. G an Antec, XFX, Seasonic 750w unit. They will all be much quieter and better than you likely-overheating and junk GX coolermatser unit.

As far as the fan goes go noctua. they are quiet and the best as that is concerned. you can get a external fan controler to manage that stuff.

as far as PSU if you live in the states the the XFX 750w 80+gold is only $99 right now from ncix. That what i use and highly recommend it it has the silent function and is made by seasonic.
