HI guys. So I had to kill this virus that turned my external hdd's folders into shortcuts. The steps (to kill the virus, which is GONE; I've scanned using malwarebytes), involved me using the software called autorun exterminator. Since using that software, whenever I plug in an external device, be it, usb pen drive, or another external hdd, there's no autorun dialog box that pops up. I've tried fixing it, by using the registry method and using the settings in the control panel under autorun. No avail. please help me get my autorun back. Thank you. I greatly appreciate it
