The external HDD works fine on USB 2 but Won't work on USB3. I have recently bought a new laptop which doesn't have any USB2 port. It used to work properly earlier on USB 3 as well.
I have checked on multiple machines including Mac too.
Please help.
Error on USB 3 port:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
OS: WIn7 x64, SP1
HDD: Seagate Backup plus- 1TB
Device manager shows exclamation in yellow triangle on USB Mass Storage device.
Please Help.. how can it be fixed?
