Do you think a BESTEC ATX 300 12z PSU (300W) can handle an Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 (65W max) and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 (55W)?

Technically, it ought to be able to run those parts, but personally I would not risk it. It isn't a -12e (those were notorious mobo killers), but I would not trust any Bestec to run computer equipment.

I agree , don't risk your card on a poor power supply.

I agree with Onus. I would suggest using that PSU to power anything, unless you want to see a light show and buy a new computer when it dies.

It's the power supply that came with the PC, it's an HP Pavilion Elite, there have been problems yet. Both the PSU and the MoBo just get slightly warm after use. I'm thinking of upgrading the Intel Core 2 Duo e4500 to a e6700, apparently both consume the same wattage.
