I heard that the monitor shakes alot so get a different one there are lots of options on amazon. Also get 8Gb of ram and get a r9-270 instead of the 750 its 20 dollars more when i got it. Im using the r9 right now and its sweet. The case is kinda ugly im my opinion and soon you will want to look at ur parts so the Thermaltake Versa 21. The price did not change but the performance got better trust me the 270 will get you 60Fps and when the game is fully updated.

Alright I swapped the mid tower case for a better looking clear one, what was that ram that you were talking about? I couldn't find it, can you link me to it? Also the monitor I liked, because my freind has one and I loved his.

Yes, the monitor is great. I've used it plenty of times, it also has its own speaker as well as HDMI support for things like a PS3, etc. Anyways, yes this is my first gaming pc build, but i am not new to the subject of hardware nor software. I program in anything ranging from C+ to C++ and can list all computer parts and what they do exactly. I also know how to install an OS and drivers for new computers. So no, i'm not new.

Honestly i'm just looking for ways to improve my build so i can get the most for my money.

Okay back to the build, the GPU seems pretty great, i will swap that one out. But i'm still not too sure about the ram, what is so great about it? Only one RAM might slow it down, because there is only one random access memory processing everything itself. I don't want to buy two because it would go over my budget. Once i get the computer actually hooked up i will overclock that GPU so i can get a little more.

I'm still over my budget because of the GPU, i should swap out my RAM because i'm paying too much for it. Would the one RAM be enough?

bump down the ram to 8gb and bump up the gpu to a 760
i didn't heard too many good things 'bout the guardian , you can keep it or go for a z11 +
cx's are made of cheap capacitors so i suggest getting another psu
are you gonna overclock ? if not the 21 isn't required

Well honestly better ram doesn't always mean better performance .
you can get a 70$ ram that will perform as well as the vengeance pro

Look dude just get what i told you its literally the best you can get for the price and the intel fanboy can stop repeating what i just said also the 760 is too expensive for a budget build. I suggest not to overclock because you will void your warranty and when the parts break you cant fix them or return. I asked you how old you are because if you are a kid then you cant overkill but if you are done with school you should just save up a few 1000 dollars and get a "RIG". And why do you have such a weird profile picture? Im not trying to offend you but if you have the chance work at McDonalds for 2 months and get like 2K then get a PC lower end GPU's dont make any sence.

Too expensive for this budget ? You gotta be kidding . And no i'm not an intel fanboy , I have about 2 pcs with amd cpus ( fx 6300 and 8350's ) and only one with an intel cpu , and it's a pentium , and it's used as a nas
And SORRY but i don't live IN THE USA so i can't view the links you gave
800$ is more than enough to get a DECENT build --'
And why do you complain on others profile pictures as long there isn't any 18+ content ?
In the country I live you gotta be 16+ to work at McDonalds , maybe it's the same in the USA ?

I do like intel , but that doesn't mean I HATE amd
I just feel like their cpu's are only for low budgets like under 600$ so you can save some money to spend on the gpu
AMD cpu's are good if you use applications that need more than 4 cores
It all depends on what you're gonna do with your rig and what your budget is
Right now i don't want to go the AMD way just because the AM3+ socket is soon dead so i don't feel like there's a point of getting an outdated motherboard with an outdated cpu
When AMD's new cpu's are out , then why not .
Right now there are cheap Z97 motherboards that you can get like the msi z97 pc mate
I also like intel for the asthetics of the motherboards , especially msi's , the ones that are red .

ANYWAY , Here's a build with an fx ...

If you're willing to spend 18 extra bucks you can get a 770 in there
If you're willing to buy from other sites it could save lots of money
