Setup for a rendering & gaming computer

Hi,
I need help finding the best setup for a rendering & gaming computer .
My budget is up to 900€
I'm currently studying architecture, so the programs that i'll mostly use will be autocad, 3dstudiomax, photoshop and indesign
I also like to play cs: go, far cry 3 and the gta series and i would like to have a consistant frame rate
What would you guys recomend me?

At around $1000 USD (pc parts are more expensive in Europe so thats about what it end up being) you have to decide what your primary focus is.
