Ask your questioni have a evga geforce gt 610
ram 2gb
mobo asrock g41m vs3 r2.0
pentium 4 630 processor.
why do pepole say this card cant play high end games when it actually can ?
i have played many games that are modern such as fifa 14 cod mw3 on high medium setting.

No, the gt610 is worse than most modern integrated graphics. It will not really play games.

Your monitor resolution is probably VERY low. This will help the GPU ALOT. What is your resolution?

Fifa 14 and cod mw3 are NOT hard to run games. They will run on integrated graphics. You computer would definitely struggle with demanding games.

The GT 610 is an entry level card. It is slower than some integrated graphics in processors and motherboards.
It will be ok for low resolution and detail settings maybe, but doesn't have the performance of even a basic gaming card.

Entry level for 1920x1080 games is a HD 6770, 7750 or R7 250 from AMD or a GTX 650 from Nvidia.
