Are you getting any beep codes? If so look them up and see what they mean.
Make sure all of the connectors are plugged in-right. Make sure there is power to your GPU.
Make sure the RAM is seated right. Make sure the CPU is in right.
Check and see if you have compatible RAM.
Make sure you did not get thermal compound on the CPU contacts
