Decent Laptop But Low FPS?

Hey everyone, help me please.. I don't know what's wrong with my laptop.. I play League of Legends sometimes, but now i'm not playing much, because of my laptop... I have so much drop fps.. Such bad fps.. And my laptop shouldn't have this kind of problem with this game.. I remember to play this game in this laptop with graphics all high, and have always 90+ FPS.. Now? I have the graphics of LoL all in minimum, I have Nvidia configs all based for best performance... I even disabled Aero.. My windows looks like crap, it's everything reduced the most possible for the best performance.. I scanned for virus... I upgraded every driver.. It's all good... and even like that.. in League of Legends.. with all in the minimum.. In parts of the map with more people, my FPS drops to 30... 20... It's so bad and unplayable..
I have a Toshiba Satellite L750/L755 and here are some of its information..

Well, so as you can see, this laptop should definitely not have such low FPS in this game, with all in the minimum..
Help me please :(

Edit: And no, it's not a temperature problem :s Temperature is fine for now.. :)

Most likely a problem with heat and you machine just gets too hot and because of that the GPU throttles.

Basically i would check the cooling systems for the GPU for dust and possible animal hair.
And that the fan(s) work properly.

Well, I know about that problem, and my laptop will go for a "clean" because it really needs.. But I found a +/- solution for that problem, and the laptop gets hot, but not too hot to cause that, it still stays for now at an acceptable temperature I guess :)
I don't really know what's hapenning :(

How do you get 90+ with i3 GT520M? I ran LoL at 76 FPS max(VSync was on so... yeah...) with i5 and GT720M(actualy on max i get 60FPS(VSynced or not). Da fuq DO NOT DISABLE AERO! It disables GPU accel. At least on Win8 that is. Defrag your drive maybe? Not that its gonna help but still worth the try. Oh and my laptop's GPU reaches 92°C :D (no shit!). And pls dont run any game on Intel HD please. Go to nVidia settengs and set default GPU to nVidia And go and play something else please. It could be LoL itself problematic.
