OK, so I bought a fan for my friend, you can look at it here. It's a multipurpose fan, for many different CPU's. It came with multiple adapters, but it's a 4-Pin adapter. I've had no visual, so I can't know for sure what she's doing. But nonetheless she fits the adapter, and plugs it to a port, it runs. Then she boots it, and a CPU Fan error comes on, and we found a solution to just go to the BIOS and turn it off, because the fan obviously works. Well, the Keyboard doesn't work, so she doesn't have the ability to go to through the BIOS.
Any solutions will help.
