I recently downloaded windows 8.1. I am almost 100% that this has caused some of my games to look like I'm playing some sort of rainbow game. Not all my games do this when I play them, yet i need this to be fixed. I am windows 64 bit. I have NAVIDIA drivers. People are telling me its my graphics card, but i don't know where to look for an update. Could 32 and 64 bits make this happen? How do I fix this?

Ok sorry I messed up, turns out that you may need to change the hdr and bloom settings in the game itself under video settings.

As for what each settings does:

HDR: dynamically changes the ratio of light to dark on screen.

Bloom: Creates a glow around lighted artifacts in game.

When the two are combined, it can sometimes create a strange effect which may be similar to what you are seeing. I have also heard that upgrading the drivers to the latest version has helped to solve this problem for some people.
