Recently bought a new PC, but the internet speed on it is exceptionally slow. The specs are as following;
AMD-FX6300,
8gb - 2 x 4gb corsair vengeance,
Gigabyte 970-udp3.
The problem is I have a very old laptop running speeds of 16mbps, this new pc is running speeds of 1mbps. I'm running windows 8.1 and as there was nothing on there I needed, I wiped the hard drive, still the same speed. All drivers e.c.t. are correct and the wifi status says its speed is 144.4mbps.
Help will be much appreciated.
