The first thing you probably want to do is compare the coolers on the two cards, in respect to how well they cool the GPU and the noise output. That's easy enough to just google. The second thing is to compare the clock speeds of the GPU and memory on the cards. While this is pretty insignificant with the easy overclocking of GPUs today, it still makes a difference, as since my 770 came stock overclocked pretty high, I was able to easily overclock it much more than the average 770 owner without touching the voltage, because the configuration the card came with allowed for that. The third and final condition is aesthetics. Which one do you think looks better with the rest of your parts?
Also, on a side note, I have the Gigabyte Windforce 3x OC GTX 770, and its great. Keeps the 770 cool even under gaming loads, is very quiet, and comes as I said earlier at a pretty significant stock overclock. I would take a look at that one as well.
I took a look at the Gigabyte one but alot of people said to go with the 4GB model to have a very effected gpu but thats a little out of my price range. Which version do you have and can it run games on ultra 1080p effectively?
I've said this so many times before, but the 4GB model of ANY Nvidia card that uses a 256 bit memory bus such as the 770 is a complete waste of money. http://alienbabeltech.com/main/gtx-770-4gb-vs-2gb-tested/3/
Go with the 2GB of any 770 model. And yes, this card will max out any game at 1080P with framerates generally at 60+, although with a few dips in some more intense games in demanding scenes (dip to maybe 55-50, barely noticable), even with my FX-6350.
Also, be careful with ASUS cards, the only ASUS Direct CUII cards I've gotten came DOA. Don't know if it's just bad luck but it seems to be a fairly common complaint.
