Look, my hard drive is damaged. What I have is a 8GB pen drive and also a 16GB pen drive. I am currently using Fedora OS. But I wanna use windows Os again. So, tell me the way how can I install windows on a 8 GB flash drive. I have a bootable DVD and I wanted to install from there. But it shows that the partition is wrong.

Well....you'll have to buy a Windows license. Which, if you choose correctly, will come with a DVD.
Install from that.

You can't install it 'on' an 8 or 16GB flash drive. It needs to go to an internal hard drive.
