Hi there! I'm trying to choose between 3 GPUs and am wondering which is the best for running high res and high fps. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

1st GPU:

2nd GPU:

3rd GPU:

Also, just out of curiosity, does anybody know how high I could set my settings and still be able to play with smooth gameplay with this GPU:

The second option (GTX 760) is the most powerful card here, you can read a review here.

The R7 250 might be able to run BF4 on medium at 720p, but it will struggle at 1080p.

This is a better buy at the moment:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
$200 after the use of the promo code, offer ends on the 19th.

The R7 250 is worse then a HD7750, at best you would be playing on low or med depending on what resolution you run.

The GTX 760 for sure. As to the R7-250, that is a great card for 720p. At 1080p it will struggle to maintain 30 FPS in modern games.

Why is the GTX 760 stronger than the R9 270X? Reason I ask is because I saw someone playing Crisis 3 in the 1400s resolutions with 40+ FPS using the R9 270X. Is there a specific reason or just preference? They both seem to have the same specs to me but I saw the R9 270X has an extra 0.04 Ghz for the Core Clock compared to the GTX 760.

Crysis plays well at lower settings and looks great. At higher settings it is a system killer. The two cards are comparable, but in most games, the GTX 760 gets the nod. The R9-270X is a re-brand of the HD 7870 and the GTX 760 is as fast as the older GTX 670.
