I am wondering if this will fit watchs dogs requirements to play. It would be sweet if you could tell me if i at least reach lowest requirement. Thanks a lot!

From your specifications, you should be able to reach the bare-minimum for Watchdogs, but don't expect Ultra settings.
You can test it on a website called canirunit.com or whatnot.

The game will certainly run, how well it will run is an open question. The game does have some pretty high recommended specifications, but it is currently unknown whether they are real or are heavily inflated for marketing purposes. It could also be the game is badly optimized, supposedly the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game will only run at 792p and 900p respectively at 30 FPS, so it could be quite hard on PC hardware as well. We'll know more when the game comes out and is benchmarked.
