Im thinking of getting the Gigabyte GreenMax 750 watt PSU but I could also get a Corsair GX600 for the same price. Which one should I buy in terms of quality? I want the PSU to last a long time with stability. My systems power consumption is only around 350 watts though.

What he,i think,is trying to say it that with that amount of wattage you use a 500->550watt psu will be enough.The s12II 520watt should be good as well for instance.
