Computer has to boot twice before starting

My computer boots once to a black screen with no beep and then after about 10 seconds it will shut off reboot and will make the beep sound and then everything will run smoothly. Why does my computer boot up to a black screen first and how do I fix it?

did you made any hardware change latety and i would check if the gpu is still seated in and that the monitor cable do not touch the frame in the back .
