Is there a big difference between i7 4790 and i7 4770?

I bought my i7 4770 last week on a local store here in my country but yesterday, the i7 4790 is available on that store. Is the extra megahertz make a difference?

its not a huge leap its basically just a frequency boost so not a lot maybe 5-10 %
