Hi im a noob to pc building. So I am planning on building an amd based build.
Mobo is the crosshair v formula z.
My cpu will be the amd 9370. Graphics will be the acx gtx 780ti
Ram is the corsair premium 2400 32gb
Power will be a 1000 power supply from corsair
Cpu cooler will be the corsair h100i
On with the question, I want to know what I will need to type in my bios to reach 5ghz on my cpu, and what will I need to do to overclock my gpu to its best performance?

Hi and welcome to the overclocking sector!

to overclock your GPU to best performance, you want a liquid block cooler.

With your CPU overclock, try overclocking to 4.8Ghz @ 1.48V, then boot and test to see if it works (run prime95 torture test, then you'll know if it works - screen will flicker and PC will crash if OC was not successful) Once that has been done, go to 5Ghz and bump up the voltage to 1.5V, if not working correctly slowly increase Voltage by [.01V].
