Build now or Wait for 4690k

Yes, I'd wait for the 4690K. They should go to 5GHz. Your build looks a bit light in the graphics department. You would want a 780 graphics card, or even a R9 290 TRI-X or even Vapor X from Sapphire would be ideal. You could step down a bit in your motherboard that seems very expensive and maybe drop down to 120GB for the SSD or use only 8GB RAM is cost is important. Also don't forget you will need a superior cooler for the processor.
