my Mobo Supports pci express 2.0..if i buy a gtx 660 oem card will there be a bottleneck?since it is a pci e 3.0 card? (Core 2 q q6600.8gb of 1333rams)
Not at all a 660 on its own would never use the full potential of pci-e 2 let alone pci-e 3 so not having pci-e 3 isn't an issue and your CPU and RAM are more than powerful enough to support the graphics card without causing a bottleneck you should have no worries what so ever. Enjoy the new card
any softwares for overclocking?msi afterburner good?
Yup, if you are feeling more brave, ive got a very good custom bios for it also that I have made, which increases the speed of the vram, the boost clock and boost limit, and also raises the power target - Its still limited by your cooling but allows much more potential than what you can get out of afterburner.
check it is a genuine 660 oem first, otherwise the flash could break it. in your other thread the card doesnt look like a 660 oem at all, even if you ignore the cooler.
what is your advise?should i buy it or just try to find another card?
I would avoid it, looks fake and a few people have bought these fakes and they end up being much slower cards, except with the bios modded to look like a 660 in gpu z
