which ram should i choose?

i have motherboard gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P.
Cpu Athon 2 X2 280 3.6Ghz.
TeamDark 4GB CL9 1.5V 1600.
Team Elite 4GB CL11 1.5V 1600.
Or Kingstone Value Ram 4Gb CL11 1.5V 1600.???

Hi daryl i did not say that the 1600mhz would not work , on the contrary i said it would , you selected three types of ram
2 with C11 - this is your cas latency and part of your memory timings , cas 9 latency is faster than cas 11 latency which is
why like eduello , i suggested the ram with the lower cas latency of 9

but the motherboard support 1333+ Mhz ..
1600 Will Work Without Any issue ???
