Turning PSU switch OFF, While PC is running cause harm?

Hi, I'm about to test my motherboard without the case.
Just wanting to know the safest way to turn off the system without the power button.

Here in Pakistan , We never get a chance to shut down our PC's because the light goes off on it very time , and It doesn't make a difference.
As Long as the electricity doesn't fluctuate too bad from the Grid Station.
Just Like People say " Don't get a used card because It's used , LOL In hardware there is no USED Term , It either work or It doesn't.

Yeah should be an issue more if your actually working on it for example when your saving something or updating something you can cause curruption but as long as you not doing any bois updates or anything like that you should be fine
