Solution
Here is something I threw together, I didn’t have allot of time to get the best of the best but it’s something to start with. I added an OS so if you have one you can save some money and improve something else.

If you want to do a lot of recording I suggest staying with NVIDIA and using shadowplay, you get great quality with a minimal hit to performance, unlike fraps that will have a bigger toll on your performance.

EDIT: I didn’t add a case because I know some people like to pick that out.

ChrisR83 you have posted the wrong link. It has no reference meaning you sent him a blank link to the site and he won't see what you selected.

Criso you mentioned euros then I assume you are European. I would suggest something like this AMD Beast for 445 Euros [AMD FX-8320 3.7GHz 8 Core / 8GB DDR3 RAM / 1TB HARD DRIVE / Wi-Fi].

Change Power Supply, get a dedicated Graphics Card and you'll have a Powerful Gaming PC within a budget.
