GPU Driver Installation Query

I have Radeon HD 7790, the problem I am facing is that whenever I reboot or boot my computer, I've to re-install all the drivers of the GPU again to utilize it to the full extent. It shows good performance till the next boot.
What is the problem underlying here?
How can I resolve this?

I would try to install the older drivers for the card.

I am saying that no matter what I install, I need to re-install the drivers after every boot.

couple of things. if you pull the card and run the monitor off the motherboard does it run right? even after a restart?

did you try disabling the on board video in the BIOS and or change the setting to "auto", or PEG?

Havent checked the default GPU and lemme check the bios setting you are talking about.
