What cpu should i get

hey i am going to buy a new cpu. i don't mind amd or intel as i need to get a new motherboard anyway but i am looking for a cpu that can play games such as day z or bf4 very well( i already have a decent gpu) but most importantly i don't want to spend too much. I am leaning towards a amd 8 core but any suggestions would be appreciated

Intel is more favourable in dayz. For bf4, either FX8320 or i5 is fine.
