Hey Guys,

I want to know if I am able to overclock my Intel Core i5-4440 to 3.8GHz or 4.0GHz and if its gonna be stable.

I already have an Corsair H100 Liquid Cooling, 720W PSU (with R9 290X), and MSi H81M-E33 Motherboard.

Can anyone tell me how to do it on the MSi Bios and if its a GO sign for me to overclock and what is your suggestion clockspeed?

You need a K series processor and a Z87 Motherboard, you have neither, therefore you cannot overclock.

On some z87 motherboards you can increase the clock speed up to whatever the turbo boost speed is and that's as far as you can go with a non k CPU. But not even all z87 boards can do that. You have an h81 which won't overclock even a MHz. You'd need both a new motherboard and CPU to overclock
