Solution
Either hdtune is reporting incorrectly, or you ran hdtune at a time when you had excessive drive access. I know when I'm running a backup, my backup drive will report higher than normal temperatures, but it will go back to normal within 5 to 10 minutes after the backup is done. If this is the case, then you may just need better case ventilation.
