I recommend to change,
1) MB, the asrock does not support the fx8350, because the MB has 4 + 1 Power Phase Design that is not good for the fx8350. Check the cpu support list.http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme3/?cat=CPU
You should get either Gigabyte 970A-UD3P http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00F5R9O46/?tag=pcp0f-21 or ASUS M5A97 R2.0...

My suggestion would be getting a smaller (even older, used) hdd for storage and wait/hope/pray for hdds prices to finally go down. Or, if you are not using a lot of storage, get a 256Gb SSD and use it as a single drive.

2) Maybe the PSU to Seasonic S12II-620 620W http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003BIEOCI/?tag=pcp0f-21
XFX P1-650S-NLB9 PRO650W http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0045L5LGI/?tag=pcp0f-21
EVGA Supernova 750W PSU - Bronze http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00C8GP39C/?tag=pcp0f-21
3) 64GB SSD is too small, you should get the 120GB.
