So I'm running this internet cafe and where I am living WiFi is in high demand. I need to know how I would create a system where people could come in with their personal laptops, tablets and smartphones to use my WiFi. I want it to work in a way like they would pay for like a hour and when their time is up the system logs them out automatically. Anybody know's of a software I can use to accomplish this?

There are tons of software products that can do this. All you do is search for hotspot software or wireless cafe and you will get pages and pages.
Most these have free trials so you can decide which best meets your needs. It is almost impossible to recommend one because of the huge number of features you can get.

Now if you are looking for free software that gets much harder. The one I used to use now wants money. There are a number of so called free ones but they put very intrusive advertising into the users and this breaks some applications. Be very careful when looking for free software like this. There are some of the simple pay ones that cost less than $50/yr
