I have this motherboard; http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...
I have this processor; http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-A8-Series%2...
OR THIS ONE; http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP...
I have a integrated graphics card; AMD Radeon HD 8570D

I have 100 pounds and want to get a graphics card that has 2gb of memory and supports my motherboard / processor. I'm extremely confused and need assistance on what to buy.
I want to play the following games on medium / high; Watch Dogs, BF4, Arma III, Sims 4.
Thanks.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Video Card: MSI Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card (£98.71 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £98.71
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I would go AMD with an APU build. In games like Watch Dogs and BF4, you can use the Mantle API, which will greatly improve performance, as it takes some work off the CPU.

I'm not sure if can have a DDR5 memory type, unsure if my processor or motherboard is designed for it.

You are Completely fine, the Video Card is the part that carries the GDDR5 ram, already integrated into the board, your pc will do fine with it!!

GDDR5 is controlled by the GPU, not the CPU or motherboard, so there aren't any interferences or incompatibilities there.
