What are your other system specs? what is your psu efficiency (i.e 80+ bronze, etc)? I need more information to answer your question.

A 230watt PSU is more than enough to power a 5570 by itself...but its not the only thing drawing power in a PC.

my system specs:
core i3-3220,3.3 ghz
4 gb ram
intel dh61ww mobo

then psu,i got with my i ball piano 441 cabinet i dont know the model,itz a 230w psu

I would say you cant run it on that PSU..it's probably struggling to power your PC as is.

but my existing card (zotac gt 610 2gb ddr3 synergy edition) is working perfectly on my 230w psu , gt 610 needs 300w

From what i can see,the 5570 has higher power requirement than the 610,400watt with 24 amps on the 12v rail compared to 300watt with 18amps on the 12v.

But the 5570 has a lower MAX TDP of 42watts compared to the 610s 60watts.

Maybe it will work. Maybe it will boot into low power mode due to not having the amperes,im not nearly experienced enough to tell.
