Looking to upgrade my pc to stream gaming and looking for advice on what is most important to upgrade first. I am running windows 8.1

This is what I would upgrade. You might not need to update your case, but I'd say you might want to. You don't have to upgrade ram either, but I'd suggest going up to 1600 speed ram. You can take the HDD and SSD out of the other build, and just transfer those over to this.
