I'm looking for a "good" gaming monitor, preferably an IPS panel at 1080p, and around 23"-24".

1. What Is Your Country Of Origin? - The United States.

2. What do you plan to do with this monitor? - Gaming.

3. What resolution and screen size do you want? - 23"-24"

4. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.) - 60hz is fine.

5. How much are you looking to spend? - $140-$170.

6. Brands Preferred (ex. Samsung, Acer, Asus, AOC, HP, Viewsonic, etc. ) - Any brand is fine. As long as it is quality.

8. Are You Buying More Than One Monitor? - Just one for now. But, I am thinking about surround in the future.

9. How Many Displays Can Your GPU Support Maximum? And what GPU and driver version are you using if applicable? - 3 diplays. 2x Asus HD 7770 Ghz Edition 2GB in Crossfire. Current Drivers.

10. What Port Do You Want To Connect To (ex. DVI-D, HDMI, etc). HDMI or DisplayPort.

11. Is This Monitor A Primary Display Or A Secondary Display? Primary.

12. Is This A Secondary Display For A Laptop? No.

I'm currently eyeing three different models:
Acer H6 Series H236HLbid - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009483

and

ASUS VS239H-P - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236288

This isn't IPS but I'd like some input on whether or not it would be better:
ASUS VN247H-P - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236307

Any opinions on which one I should buy? Or, any suggestions?
Please stay within the current price range.

both are very good monitors with the acer have a slight edge. but the acer has a glossy panel which may bother you if your in a well lit room or have windows behind you that will reflect off the screen and glare. that asus is going to be your better if your worried about this. i really dont think your going to find any better than those two models in your price range.
