I've been saving up money for a while and I really don't want to go nuts but I'd like to start buying the pc either this week or next week, So far I got about 400+ dollars. I'd like to actually have a PC in the range of $300-$750. My friend said he would help me build one with a i7 6 core and a 4 GB Graphics card (GTX 770 i suppose?) in the range of $600+. I don't think I need an Intel or anything. I have tried building a pc on pcpart list myself and only came up with a a $752 pc which isn't too bad. I'm a gamer and a DJ so I'd like to base my computer around that.

So what i'm asking for, is if someone can either:

1. Review my PC and let me know if that's the lowest I'll get
2. Rebuild a PC *using new egg as the ONLY merchant* that I could use instead
3. Tell me what I should switch out
4. Recommend other ideas

So this is what we are working with:

Mandatory:
Has to be at newegg
Has to be within $400-$750 *800 possibly* after total
Has to have AT LEAST 8 gbs of ram
Has to have AT LEAST 1 Terabyte hard drive
Has to have AT LEAST 4 gb ram Graphics card (any vendor)
Must support up to at least 32 gbs of ram
Needs to be a desktop of course, Micro ATX would be prefered, no higher than MID

I will NOT be buying a monitor/speaker/microphone/keyboard/mouse/
I will NOT need an operating system I have windows 7 ready.
Location is united states
I do NOT want to EVER overclock my system.
Bonus points if it is primary black, secondary blue (all my other hardware is black & blue)

I would like to be able to play upcoming MMORPG's on Ultra and keep a stable 60+ FPS and not have to upgrade the next year once a new mmorpg comes out on the table.

My current build:

I'm not an AMD/INTEL fanboy, I just want something best for my money and will do the job & then some.

Solution
AMD option would be cheaper. The R9 280 will definitely play BF4 and titanfall at ultra. The GTX 760 is an option but it is at a similar price to a R9 280.
A FX 6300 will be fine for BF4 and Titanfall. You will want a ATX motherboard for the FX 6300. This board is the best in quality out of the 970 chipsets.

Could you suggest what a better build would be?

Well it doesn't need a wireless network adapter, I'm always connected via ethernet.

would also like to go 3gbs minimum for a graphics card.

Intel is prefer in MMORPGS than AMD.
To run some MMORPG at ultra max settings is actually difficult to run 60fps. You might want to tone down shadows, anti aliasing, and reduce any graphical improvements on distance objects and textures.
I would look at this website to see if any MMORPG is listed and see the benchmarks.

Anything a bit cheaper? Or possibly a lower graphics card?

I know I said I want at least 3 minimum, but if I can play other games like Titan-fall and Battlefield 4 on High/Ultra High, then I can be fine with that. I like MMORPG's the most and Im perfectly fine of NOT having to be on Ultra ALL the time, i just want the capability to DO so, I would probably play on normal settings away because I don't like FPS issues when doing pvp.

My goal is, the cheapest I can get and not have to keep getting a new pc once a new game comes out almost all the time would be great. If it's more toward the 600+ range I have to wait a few more weeks to buy it, If it's somewhere to 300-500 i could probably buy it right now.

I can't afford the graphics card just yet, and I replaced some parts to save a bit of money. Is this still good to go?
