hello.... thanks for any and all help. just moments ago, my drive was available. my computer shuts down on its own for some reason. I reboot ago and then commence work. well after another shut down...I decided to unplug everything after all was tunred off and then re pluuged the drive and now no power. I moved to another power surge in another room and nothing.
what the heck is going on here... I have two Seagate back up plus drives and now both of them are not powering up. I wanted to see if the drive would show up on my laptop but I cannot get power on either one of them... they are 2TB and contain everything I need. i'm sick about it. PLEASE HELP.
