What type of power supply and graphic card can i use to replace the ones in my HP pavilion?

My HP pavilion has intel i3 core and it dosent run games that well and i heard that i need a new power supply and graphics card to increase my enjoyment for games. any help would be nice :)

i wouldnt go any lower on the gpu. that psu can even run r9 270x or gtx 760! you are welcome!
