How much will the i5 3350p bottleneck a gtx 770?

You will have absolutely no problem, that CPU is really good. It's basically as good as a stock i5-4670/3570, almost no difference. The limit will be the gpu anyways, you won't even be using 100% of the CPU while gaming, not even on Watchdogs.
What resolution do you play?

Well it will obviously run it :D but would i get 60 fps on high 1440x900 also benchmarks are out idk if they are confirmed by ubisoft but most sites say it will need gtx 560 ti other says gtx 780 i7 3th or i7 4th so i just don't want to screw myself with the 770..
