1. What are you doing with your computer?
2. Do you plan to OC and do you plan to Crossfire/SLI?

Looks like a solid build, but some changes can be made depending on your answers.

It will in the end be used for some games and some graphical/video work (may add some extra ram for this). I'm not currently planning to Crossfire/SLI but may OC a bit at some point. Don't need the most high-end gaming PC but would still would like something solid.

I'm thinking of changing the 270x for 280x instead as it seems to worth the extra money.
