i have an amd fx 8350 and a cooler master hyper 212 evo and i want to know if i am safe to over clock it to 4.5 ghz, i think that i installed the cpu cooler wrong though because when i am in the bios of my pc my cpu is at 40 Celsius and some people can get around 20 celsius on their processor and i dont know if i have done something wrong because i want to overclock my processor.
