I just replaced what seemed like a faulty power supply because the system would turn on and off after a split second. Replacing the power supply took care of that problem. Now the PC stays on.
However now I can not get any video on the monitor.
I tried hooking it thorugh DVI and HDMI on the GPU, does not work.
I also took out the GPU as seen doen below and hooked the monitor via HDMI cable to the motherboard as well. still nothing.

I have a wireless hdmi transmitter. tried sending hdmi signal to my hdtv, no luck either.

Everything is brand fricking new. Motherboard just got sent to me from Asus directly yesterday. Bought the power supply today. Montior is a month old. Everything is put together just recently and was working fine..

I just tested the monitor with my laptop and succesfully connected it with my laptop.
So the monitor is fine.
Power supply is bought today. Motherboard is new from Asus.
I want to think it is the GPU but then again, I still get the "no hdmi signal" error even if I plug it in the HDMi port of the motherboard itself.

I really do not want to deal with this 2000 dollar junk anymore.
plz help
