Thank you

Wouldn't change a thing, very nice system.

1. The hyper 212 is an entry level cooler, not for aggressive overclocking. Just making sure you know. It is an amazing performer for the price though, and probably the most popular aftermarket cooler around. It's all a matter of what your goals are in the overclock.
2. Personal preference, I like Asus motherboards better than gigabyte. I'm sure some would disagree, I've just had really good luck with Asus, their build quality and customer service. Just putting that out there too.

i would go for slightly different parts

mobo use the award winning : http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824-27.html
for that 144Hz asus VG series, i would go for more powerful GPU than gtx 770
could be GTX 780, or cheaper Radeon 290 4GB

evga psu isnt very good in quality, despite of its gold label

I'm not planning on anything to crazy fot the OC should be around 3,8 GHz to start. I will see how it goes it will be my first OC pc so i'm starting slow. I will buy a new cooler if i decide to go for a more agressive OC .

I heard bad thing about the Corsair psu also could i get a SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply for this build ?

Any difference between mid and full tower since they are the same price ?

Corsair doesn't actually make PSUs they just re-brand them. Some of them are good, some are just average. The AX linked above is actually made by Seasonic and is extremely high quality. That seasonic you are looking at as well is a fantastic PSU.

Mid tower is the most common size people go for. Go full tower if you plan a custom water loop or need massive space for hard drives/drive bays (two common reasons for full tower).
