Ready to buy Final just want some FEE BACK ;)

Ok i made two posts about two week ago..... I've finally got my income tax and was thinking why should i spend so much on the hardware if all i want is to game at 1080p (1920x1080). So i'm just gonna used my 1080p flat screen to game on... I know i change this build a little (color wise) but thing i don't plan on is to OC or SLI.. I do plan on play alot of CPU and GPU base gaming (MMO's and RPG online). Once again we would like them to run medium to ultra at least with some AA settings and normal computer surfing.
To the point the i5 4430 should handle are need or is there a better choice that will blow that apart..(form what I've read the i5 4670[non overclock] perform like 1 to 5 FPS better so that not worth the money to me..

(Any advice is welcome... I don't wanna go AMD... Unless you can give me true fact that this can take CPU demanding games like skyrim, MMO's) [games that demand a strong cpu to play] (Please no fanboy war i know the AMD make some kick ass shit.. Unless you have proof that they do better in CPU bound games)
The budget i set was 800 but yeah xD 900 buck is ok for a better gaming pc..(I know in my old post it was around 1100 to 1200 but yeah I've been thinking alot and thinking i could use that money towards games and other things)
