Alright so these are two different builds. I want to know which one will be better for the future. I am debating to get the one with the 760 because the motherboard supports sli and all the components for that build are better, but hey, i can be wrong. so here are the builds:

CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $29.94

Motherboard Asus H87-PLUS ATX LGA1150 $105.24

Memory G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $69.99

Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $56.98

TOTAL: $969.84

Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Combo or $78.99

Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $56.98

Video Card MSI GeForce GTX 760 4GB TWIN FROZR Combo or $249.99

Case Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower $59.99

Power Supply Antec 620W ATX12V / EPS12V $64.99

So about a $9 difference, but please give me your opinion. If i get the one with the 760, will i be able to play games in high settings for the next 3 years without replacing any parts besides that gpu?

Solution
I'd go the scond one, and with Z87-A rather than replace the 760 you could add a 2nd one as the mobo does support SLI (will call for a bigger PSU)
