Question about CPU affinity

Hello. I have an old Netbook with a piddly dual core cpu, and it can barely handle youtube. Should i set all processes affinity to run on 1 core and save the other core for firefox or chrome?

Dual-core CPU isn't the cause - - I was able to play youtube videos no problem even with previous generation 1.6 GHz single-core CPU. More RAM is what you need, the netbook maker usually installs just enough to run Windows, it's up to the owner to add more for better performance.
